Our studio is located in East Corrimal, the first equipment based Pilates Studio established in the Illawarra. Our instructors are Studio Pilates trained, internationally qualified in matwork pilates and have extensive experience working with clients to improve core strength and postural alignment. We offer a range of classes from beginner to advanced to suit all fitness levels.
We also have a specialised “Pause” class designed for women experiencing the unique challenges of peri-menopause & menopause. This class will help to support you through this changing time in your life, incorporating Pilates for balance, strength & wellbeing.
