Our team members have the background and experience you need to make your transition to university life a smooth one. You’ll work closely with our full-time, master’s level Residential Community Directors to develop a personalized plan that suits your needs and goals.

These professionals are also supported by graduate assistants who are pursuing degrees at Case Western Reserve University and Kent State University. They support our resident teams by coordinating the experience model, supervising undergraduate team members, and overseeing the residential communities alongside our Residential Community Directors.

In addition, we have a dedicated support team that helps students transition to college life in a way that feels natural and seamless. They’re here to help you get to know your new home, make friends and build a community that will last long after graduation.
