Our homes feature modern amenities that elevate your lifestyle, including a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, half-court basketball court and underground heated garage.
Our one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes are designed to give you the space you need while ensuring you have the luxury of privacy when you need it. The floor plans range in size from 660 square feet to 1,050 square feet, so you can find the perfect place for your life at ASU.
Whether you’re a first year student or a transfer student, the housing process at ASU is designed to be easy and convenient for you. We’ll guide you through every step of the way, from submitting your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) to completing the housing application and contract. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a Student ID number and password to access your MyHousing account.
Your housing choice is based on the date you register and pay your $35 non-refundable registration fee, so we encourage you to apply early. This gives you the opportunity to select your room and secure your move-in date.

Our team members have the background and experience you need to make your transition to university life a smooth one. You’ll work closely with our full-time, master’s level Residential Community Directors to develop a personalized plan that suits your needs and goals.
These professionals are also supported by graduate assistants who are pursuing degrees at Case Western Reserve University and Kent State University. They support our resident teams by coordinating the experience model, supervising undergraduate team members, and overseeing the residential communities alongside our Residential Community Directors.
In addition, we have a dedicated support team that helps students transition to college life in a way that feels natural and seamless. They’re here to help you get to know your new home, make friends and build a community that will last long after graduation.
